Great picture. White whites. Black blacks. Good subject matter and composition. The subject is evident and it’s not a busy shot. All the elements of a great black and white. You should consider a photo essay of that area. Choose a theme like dilapitated buildings, etc.

There would be no shortage of buildings and such for subject matter.
